EMC & Electrical Testing Engineer
As EMC & Electrical Testing Engineer, you will work on the qualification of EMC and Electrical test components, based on customers’ requirements.
A day in life:
- Compile the test plan in accordance with applicable customer specifications and other applicable requirements or specifications
- Perform EMC and Electrical testing according to the specific test plan and according to ISO17025 requirements; you will also perform tests necessary to resolve any issues
- Compile the test report according to ISO17025 requirements, submitting it for analysis and approval to the responsible EMC and electrical laboratory and for quality approval
- Perform a complete test cycle on the device, in terms of performance and technical point of view according to the customer's needs
- Notify the responsible EMC and Electrical laboratory of any failure or malfunction of equipment under test (EUT) with a detailed description
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in electronic or physics engineering
- Know-how of EMC and Electrical testing in automotive setting
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 regulation
- Good knowledge of major international standards for testing of EMC electronic components
- Know how to construct an EMC and Electrical technical test plan with a description of the individual test procedure
- Know how to perform EMC and electrical testing of the component in an automotive environment
- Know-how of the entire EMC and electrical instrumentation used in a laboratory
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
- Good team working skills

- Operate in compliance with safety regulations
- At least one year of previous experience in automotive EMC and radio frequency testing laboratory
