Your Responsibilities:
The initial assignment consists of a coached on the job training contributing to the development of Altreonic's products, in particular supporting GoedelWorks. You are responsible for:
- developing stream-lined certifiable engineering processes
- conducting gap analysis and process audits
- coaching customers in reaching higher safety and maturity levels.
- You work in an ethical and communicating manner that aims at detecting and correcting issues at an early stage while keeping in mind the longer term.
Your Profile:
- Customer and business focused.
- Academic level (minimum is MSc or equivalent by experience)
- System thinker with sound electronic engineering or computer science background
- Proven experience in solving embedded systems challenges
- Creative and lateral thinker, interested in innovation as well as in practical results.
- Team player who can function in a multicultural environment.Good social and communication skills.
- Self propelled, with a proactive attitude and own initiative.
Your preferred skills:
- Proficient in written as well as spoken technical English
- Proven experience in defining and developing engineering projects
- Proven experience in safety and security related projects
- Notions of lean and agile engineering methods.
