Customer Service Representative with foreign languages

We are now looking for a Customer Service Representative to Customer Service Department in Kemira Gdansk (BSC). Employee will be responsible for correct data entering per each order to ensure correct deliveries and invoices, register and resolve transportation complaints, contacting customers via different communication channels, cooperating with logistics department and providing support and solving problems.

Kemira’s Business Service Center in Gdańsk, Poland is a multifunction service center with customer service, procurement, finance and administration and IT operations. It is a dynamic and multicultural center that values openness, cooperation and partnership. Position will be located in Gdansk, Poland.

What you need:

• fluent knowledge of English AND Swedish or Norwegian or Finnish or German or Dutch

• functional experience in order management or customer service will be an asset

• good practical knowledge of MS Office tools

• very good communication and interpersonal skills

• strong customer driven focus and problem solving skills
