Masseria Panareo, sorge in Puglia tra le bellissime località di Otranto e Santa Cesarea Terme.

Si respira un’atmosfera familiare e serena, piena di storia. E’ possibile soggiornare in una delle 18 camere o anche solo provare la cucina del ristorante che riserva piacevoli sorprese.

In passato collegata al monastero basiliano di San Nicola di Casole (1099), essendone il luogo di lavoro agricolo. Ne sono testimoni il corpo più antico della masseria (1200) e il sistema di grotte bizantine rinvenute nella tenuta. Altri fabbricati furono aggiunti alla casa colonica nel ‘700 e poi all’inizio del ‘900, come la stalla/granaio che oggi ospita il ristorante, e le “pajare” trasformate in camere.

La struttura ricerca un cuoco per la imminente stagione estiva, da inserire nell’organico aziendale.

 

Job requirements:

La ricerca è orientata verso candidati che abbiano una pregressa esperienza nella mansione di almeno tre stagioni. E’ richiesto, altresì, il possesso della patente di guida.

Sono valutati positivamente il possesso di un diploma in ambito turistico e/o una formazione specifica.

Richiesta buona conoscenza lingua italiana, e discreta della lingua inglese

Ottime capacità di lavorare in Team, doti organizzative e di problem solving.

 

Benefits

Si offre contratto di lavoro stagionale a tempo determinato con decorrenza immediata. L'orario di lavoro è articolato su 5 giorni lavorativi (dal mercoledì alla domenica) con orario 16.00-24.00.

La risorsa sarà inquadrata secondo il CCNL di categoria.

Job offer description

Masseria Panareo is located in Apulia between the beautiful towns of Otranto and Santa Cesarea Terme. 

You can breathe a familiar and serene atmosphere, full of history. It is possible to stay in one of the 18 rooms or even just to try the restaurant's cuisine, which offers pleasant surprises. 

In the past, it was connected to the Basilian monastery of San Nicola di Casole (1099), being its place of agricultural work. Evidence of this is the oldest body of the farmhouse (1200) and the Byzantine cave system found on the estate. Other buildings were added to the farmhouse in the 1700s and then in the early 1900s, such as the stable/barn that now houses the restaurant, and the 'pajare' converted into rooms. 

The establishment is looking for a cook for the upcoming summer season, to be included in its team.

Job requirements:

The search is oriented towards candidates with previous experience in the job for at least three seasons, driving licence is also required.

Holding a diploma in tourism and/or specific training is positively valued. 

Good knowledge of Italian is required, in addition to some English

Excellent ability to work in a team, organisational skills and problem solving skills.

Benefits

A fixed-term seasonal employment contract is offered with immediate effect. The working hours are spread over 5 working days (Wednesday to Sunday), from 4pm to midnight. 

The resource will be graded according to the CCNL of the category.
