Cook A is an essential member of the kitchen team responsible for preparing and executing menu items with precision and consistency. Working under the guidance of the Sous Chef or Head Chef, the Line Cook assists in all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure timely and high-quality service to customers.
The Cook A role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to showcase their culinary skills and contribute to the success of our kitchen team. With a focus on teamwork, quality, and consistency, the Line Cook plays a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role as a line cook or prep cook.
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality food products to customers.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes, menu items, and kitchen procedures.
- Knowledge of ISO 22000 HACCP Procedures
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in hospitality, or the luxury industry
- Α degree in Culinary
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
