Connected Car Specialist

As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant), Energy and IT, we are looking for a Connected Car Specialist to integrate our team of consultants and bring your expertise on all our projects.

What is the challenge ?

ACTIVITY :

• Defining and managing an overview of the customer’s entire automotive cloud ecosystem (incl. Backend technologies)
• Reaching the Connectivity goals by determining and readjusting the protocol requirements
• Help develop advanced infotainment activities
• Implement workshops and meetings with customers
• Realizing presentation materials and technical reports
• Being in charge of software and hardware updates

• The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree 
• Appreciation of the Vehicle Electrical / Electronic architecture as part of the connectivity of the infotainment system (V2V and V2I)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Automotive Fields
•  Speaking English and Italian is MANDATORY
• Speaking German is a plus
• Very good knowledge and experience in : Connectivity; Backend (V2I); Car-to-Car (V2V) – preferably Celluar-V2X
• Background in the design and integration of Backend Services
• Good knowledge of Automotive Backend Structures and Backend Communication
• Being up to date with the communication protocols (e.g. SOME/IP)
• Appreciation of in-vehicle communication and the usual tools used (e.g. CAN, Ethernet and Vector Tools)
• Good appreciation of Unix / Linux, especially bash / shell scripting
• Background in test execution-management
• Being familiar with Waterfall and Agile Srum procedures is a plus
•  Being up to date with the IT security requirements (e.g. secure Service Orientated Architecture) is a plus
• Skills in Change Management flow
• Problem solving skills
• Quick learner (new technologies)

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in Automotive Field
