Commis de Cuisine for our Trader Vic's (m/f/d)

For over 40 years, our international guests have been treated to exotic drinks and Eurasian delicacies in our world-famous Polynesian specialty restaurant, Trader Vic's. In order to be able to offer our guests the highest quality, we are looking for a Commis de Cuisine to join the kitchen team as soon as possible.

As part of your activities, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:

• Preparation and execution of all work in the production area as agreed, in compliance with the quality standard and taking economic efficiency into account
• Proper storage of all food and raw materials as directed
• Participation in inventory, notification of damage
• Care and cleaning of all work areas and equipment, ensuring house-specific and statutory hygiene regulations
• Compliance with labor and food law regulations as well as all official instructions

You are a good fit for us if you have the following qualifications:

• successfully completed vocational training as a cook or pastry chef
• Professional experience in the upscale catering or hotel industry
• friendly, open and professional demeanor
• Knowledge of food laws and regulations
