We are seeking a motivated Commis Chef Intern to join our kitchen team in Lake Garda. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential culinary skills in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients (washing, peeling, chopping)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Learn recipes and basic cooking techniques
- Support the kitchen team during service
Requirements:
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Italian required
- Natural talent for customer service
- Flexibility, punctuality and a strong eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
Internship Conditions:
Allowance: €700–800/month
Meals and accommodation provided (shared housing)
For follow-up contract, basic knowledge of Italian is required and the gross base salary is about €1,476.34/month
