Welcome to an exciting and varied winter job with us at LindvallenRestaurants, we have all our restaurants in the heart of a skiarea in Lindvallen Sälen Sweden.

We have 7 different restaurants from the top on the hill to the end of the hill.

Here u can work, go on the hills and ski or get out on a pair of crosscountryski.

We have cabinas for all our staff so u share 2 and 2 or have your own room but sharing livingrooms and kitchen with maximum 6 people.

We are a passionate company that work on a place when people have an active vacation we serve good food and a great service.

Our 7 restaurants:

Snögubben: a place at the top of the hill where we serve local food and food inspired from Austria.

Wärdshuset: a place below snögubben where we serve fastfood with a twist and daily lunch.

Cafeet: A coffee shop on the side of Wärdshuset with warm/cold sandwiches, soups, Swedish fika.

Bodegan: Same place as Cafeet with tapas with influences from Spain and Sangria.

Majkens Sylta: A Swedish smalltown restaurant with influences from both Sweden and south Europe.

Majkens Takeaway: Our takeaway with pizzas, burgers, and Chinese food.

Roadkill Grill: Our kebab wagon outside our nightclub.

We are looking for: Head chefs, chefs, pizza bakers, we need total 25 chefs to run this company.

You have at least five years documented experience, are quality conscious, and can deliver top-class work in all situations. That means an ability to handle stressful situations apart from having a genuine interest in cooking. You are careful, ambitious, have a positive mindset and a team player. Experience from multi-cultural cooking, preferably in an international environment, is meriting.

The job positions are both seasonal, permanent, and extra if needed. Working hours will be during days, evenings and weekends, with possible extension. Interviews will be done on and ongoing basis. Salary is according to collective agreement, and we’ll mediate contacts for accommodation.

And we are a big company, so here you can get experience from all our restaurants.

Start from end of November to middle of December and work till end of April.
