Chef de Rang
In the position of Chef de Rang (m/f/d) you will be working in the evening in the a la carte service, at our cozy bar, as well as in our functional banquet area. You will look after our guests in the "Loden Bar & Lounge" and in our à la carte restaurant "Die Stubn".
The following tasks fall within your area of responsibility:
- Preparation and follow-up activities in service (e.g. mise en place)
- Serving food and drinks
- Independent management and organization of a station
- Training new employees
- Ensuring compliance with Marriott standards and the HACCP concept
- Contributing ideas to increase guest satisfaction
- Carrying out a smooth service process in compliance with quality standards
- Booking and accounting with our MICROS cash register system
- Completed training as a restaurant or hotel specialist
- At least 2 years of professional experience (in a hotel of comparable size would be desirable)
- The ability to recognize and fulfill the wishes of our guests at first glance
- Good written and spoken German and English skills are a must for you
- A well-groomed appearance
- As a committed and communicative organizational talent, you support your team
- You create service experiences for our guests and turn a business dinner into an experience
- Managing a station is easy for you

- Standard salary according to DEHOGA
