Duties
This post calls for a reliable individual who works on own initiative to prepare and oversee the preparation and presentation of culinary dishes for the restaurant and/or functions and to ensure that strict health and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times. The chosen candidate must be able to work under pressure, able to demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work as part of a team in our busy kitchens.
The ideal candidate must be positive, have an outstanding friendly personality with definite 'can do' attitude, excellent attention to detail and real passion for food.
