Specifications for the role are:

  • Applicant must have a minimum 3 years experience(recent) in the role including 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry. This role includes residential role.
  • Must be able to do 1st/2nd fix carpentry, roofing and minor works in other construction based areas.
  • Applicant must be punctual, ability to work on their own initiative or within a team.
  • Very good knowledge of carpentry on sites and in a home set environment. ( attic conversion)
  • Knowledge or experience in understanding health and safety on sites
  • Must have safe pass and manual handling
  • Must speak fluent English.
