Then you might be the new Business Process Designer we are looking for at Danfoss.

 

Optimisation and development

With direct reference to the Director of Quality, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Danfoss Drives’ global quality management system. The management system is documented in MEGA and the central body of knowledge for Danfoss Drives’ business processes, and is a central building block in Danfoss Drives’ continued strive towards excellence. As Business Process Designer, you will, in close collaboration with key stakeholders, develop new business processes. Furthermore, you will work closely with the overall Project Manager, Program Director, as well as external consultants from the supplier of MEGA. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the quality management system will be rolled out in all areas e.g. R&D, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, etc. Finally, you will secure continuous improvements and maintenance making sure that the management system is alive and dynamic. Other tasks include:

•Facilitating the development of business processes

•Educating stakeholders and keeping a focus on the global context

•Adding management system functionality to increase system effectiveness and efficiency

•Participating in globalisation of processes and methods

•Reporting on process performance and process development progress

•Coordinating cross-functional meetings

 

Adaptable and innovative team player

You hold a relevant educational background with a Bachelor or Masters degree in IT or Business and you have some years’ relevant experience from a similar position. Furthermore, you have experience with business process development. Additionally, BPMN notation and knowledge of ISO9001/TS16949 standards is preferable. You have a proven track record within stakeholder management, and you are able to sell the project and build commitment from stakeholders. Moreover, you are very analytical and you thrive in an environment where performance and execution is central, and you possess the ability to meet people at eye level and understand their business and priorities and distil it into clear unambiguous process descriptions. As a person, you are outgoing, involving and service minded, and you have a strong will to succeed. With your excellent communication skills, you are able to build relations throughout the organisation. Likewise, you are a strong facilitator and you manage to see decisions and agreements through, while constantly maintaining loyalty towards processes. Last but not least, you are fluent in both oral and written English.
