You’re Our Ideal Candidate If:
- Fluent in English and French: Communicating in these languages is second nature to you (minimum level C1 in English).
- Experience in Contact Centers: Your background equips you to handle diverse situations with ease.
- Flexible Schedule: Available for 24/7 rotating shifts, from monday to sunday, with two rotating days off during the week.
- Training Commitment: Ready to engage in training for 6 hours daily over three weeks.
- Empathetic & Neutral: Demonstrate sensitivity and politeness towards people from diverse backgrounds.
