We’re looking for an MLOps Engineer to help us deploy and maintain robust, scalable machine learning systems that drive critical planning decisions across our global fashion business.
YOUR TEAM
You will be part of BESTSELLER TECH’s AI Fashion Planning team – a cross-functional product team of data scientists, product owners, and engineers working together to develop innovative solutions for demand forecasting, allocation, and replenishment. Our AI models support planners across BESTSELLER’s global fashion business, ensuring the right products reach the right stores at the right time.
YOUR ROLE
As an MLOps Engineer, your mission is to take our machine learning models from prototype to production, ensuring they’re reliable, scalable, and deliver real business value. You will work closely with data scientists to build reusable pipelines, automate model lifecycle management, and set up monitoring to track model health over time.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing CI/CD workflows, (especially GitHub Actions) and deployment strategies for ML models.
- Maintaining and improving our MLOps infrastructure built on Databricks and Azure.
- Ensuring robust monitoring, versioning, and logging of data, features, and models.
- Ensuring reproducibility, scalability, and performance of our ML services.
- Setting up automated testing and model validation pipelines to ensure production quality.
- Driving best practices in MLOps across the AI department through shared tooling and documentation.

YOUR PROFILE
You are an experienced MLOps Engineer or a software/data engineer with strong DevOps skills and a passion for building production-ready ML systems. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy translating experimental code into scalable services.
We expect you to bring:
- Solid hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure, MLflow, and modern data engineering tools.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g. scikit-learn, PyTorch, XGBoost).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD for ML, version control, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with the concepts of the medallion architecture, feature stores, and model monitoring.
- A proactive mindset with a drive to improve systems and processes.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Data Engineer, Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
