YOUR TASKS
- handling guest luggage when guests arrive and leave
- is responsible for parking guest vehicles
- shoe shine service for guests
- runs errands
- ensures that the hotel lobby is neat and clean
- provides guests with information regarding local conditions and events
YOUR PROFILE
- at least 1 years of work experience in the service sector
- completed hospitality / gastronomy vocational training
- excellent German or English skills; additional languages are desirable
- professional appearance and a confident demeanor
- impeccable manners; enjoys interacting with guests
- strong service and quality orientation
- genuine, compelling, and engaging demeanor
- a can-do attitude and a hands-on mentality; highly engaged
