Fota Island Resort are currently recruiting for Experienced Bar Tenders to join their Food and Beverage team. We are looking for skilled, passionate, customer focused staff to fill our Bar Tender roles.

Part time and full time hours available.

Requirements

- Previous experience is required, in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star background preferred

- Cocktail experience and a special knowledge of drinks

- Wine Knowledge

- Expertise in the service of drinks

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Fluent English

- Basic Computer Skills
