Seaside restaurant with 250 seats on the sea is looking for a Bar Manager.
Opening hours: Mon – Thu: 12:00 – 22:00
Fri – Sat: 12:00 – 02:00
Sun: 12:00 – 21:30
Restaurant serves Josper Grill food, pizza and mix of international cousine. We have 250 seats outside on our seaside terrace, 45 seats inside as well as new bar 400 meters on the sea which is concerned in this job offer.
We offer live concerts, company parties, a´la carte service and much more.
We are a casual style restaurant located in Vollen, Asker Kommune, approximately 20 minutes by car, 25 by ferry or 50 minutes by bus from Oslo center.
We are looking for a Bar Manager for the following tasks:
- Daily work in bar
- Orders
- Inventory
- Daily bar management
- Bar training and training follow-up
- Bar schedule creation
- Menu creation
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in restaurant business
- Experience with bar management
Work contract: seasonal, from May until 31.8.2022 or 31.9.2022
Full time
Salary: 200 NOK / hour (gross)
Accomodation is going to be provided for 3500;- per month in one of apartments which we rent for our staff. Living is based in Asker center, approximately 15 minutes by bus from the workplace.
