You will perform the following tasks together with a dynamic team:
- Supervise conference and banqueting operations.
- Communication and delegation of tasks
- Greeting and assisting guests
- Support with operational tasks
- General service activities
- Assisting with the induction of new staff/trainees
- Responsibility for cleanliness and order
- Efficient and timely handling of guest requests
- Planning, organising and controlling daily operations
- Supporting our banquet manager in training and developing the team
- Supporting other F&B departments wherever necessary and maintaining good working relationships
- Experience in the banquet and event sector
- Positive attitude
- Business fluent in German and English
- Communicative host personality
- Flexibility to respond to different work situations
- Willingness to develop team members and yourself
- Instruction according to the Infection Protection Act
- Ability to work alone or in a team
