Per la nostra Bottega di Intra cerchiamo personale addetto al banco preparazione piatti.

L'addetto dovrà preparare i piatti richiesti durante il servizio (nel nostro caso selezioni di salumi e formaggi, panini e altri piatti di cucina fredda), nonchè provvedere all'organizzazione, il riassortimento e la pulizia della propria postazione, in coordinamento con i propri colleghi.

Sono preferibili esperienze precedenti nel mondo della ristorazione o del servizio al banco, uso dell'affettatrice e conoscenza delle norme HACCP .

Inserimento iniziale con contratto a tempo determinato, finalizzato al successivo inserimento a tempo indeterminato.
 

 

 

For our Bistrot in Intra we are looking for staff to work at the food preparation counter.

The employee have to prepare the dishes requested during the service (in our case selections of cold cuts and cheeses, sandwiches and other cold dishes), as well as take care of the organization, restocking and cleaning of their station, in coordination with their colleagues.

Previous experience in HORECA sector or counter service, use of the slicer and knowledge of HACCP regulations are a plus.

Initial placement with a fixed-term contract, aimed at the subsequent placement with a permanent contract.
