Description: Role: To support the growth of our organization, Innpact is looking for an experienced Accountant to coordinate the accounting operations of the Group and oversees the monthly closing and reporting process of our entities. The Finance team is a key partner to our business, and your work will be crucial to support our teams to achieve our mission in supporting sustainable impact finance initiatives aiming to solve social and environmental issues. Coordinate and control the work of our fiduciary Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending Support month-end and year-end close process Prepare financial statements and support yearly budget and monthly forecast preparation according to schedule Assist with tax audits and tax returns Ensure compliance with GAAP principles Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures Liaise with our Head of Finance and Administration to improve financial procedures Provide technical support and advice to our Finance Business Partner, our Financial Controller and the rest of the organization on financial matters. Become one of the key users of our ERP. The ideal candidate has: • Working knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP and tax laws. Knowledge of IFRS is a plus. • Familiarity with financial accounting statements • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process • Advanced MS Excel skills • Accuracy and attention to detail • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills • BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant and relevant accounting certification such as ACCA, CMA or CPA • You have a significant experience of minimum 4 years in a similar function • Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving attitude • Good presentation skills and assertiveness • Excellent written and spoken English.
