Vanderlande Industries is a global supplier of turnkey material handling systems for distribution, parcel and postal, as well as baggage handling systems for airports. Your Tasks

You will identify opportunities for High Level Controls (VISION) related improvements, modifications or upgrades. You will prepare quotations for service projects, coordinate input from technical specialists. You prepare Service Level Agreements and present the technical scope of delivery of service projects to customers. You are involved in service helpdesk escalation procedures.

Your Profile

You have a university degree in (Business) Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or apprenticeship in combination with excellent technical skills and knowledge. Furthermore, you have a minimum of five years working experience in the field of IT logistic management, intralogistic, automation in combination with IT systems. You are able to liaise, communicate and influence across all levels of employees and you are willing to travel worldwide. You have strong language skills in German and English, both verbal and written.
