The company Weidner Ireland Ltd was formed in September 1994 by its present directors. The company Weidner is a sister company of Weidner OHG Germany who are manufacturers of Industrial cleaning equipment and accessories. Since entering the market Weidner Ireland has gone from strength to strength due to its excellent product range. This growth was not only due to the high standard of product supplied but to the dedication and hard work of its employees.
Service Department:
Our service team have received the highest quality of training in Germany and Weidner Ireland believes that our customers should also receive a high standard of service that is expected from our company. This is one of the company’s secrets to success.
Weidner’s service department have a maximum 12-hour response to all service calls for all customers nationwide. We allocate an individual service person to an area. We also have a 24-hour call out service, so we are contactable at ay time, no matter where the customer is based.
Parts Department:
Weidner Irelands parts department hold an extensive range of stock on our premises, in order for us to facilitate our service department. We also have an online ordering system through Germany for a prompt overnight service.
Sales Department
Weidner Irelands sales team have received product training on all our supplied products, from detergents to machinery operation. It is our company policy to treat small or large customers with the same dedication.
Health & Safety:
With regards to our Health & Safety Statements, we ensure that all the staff are aware and up to date with our customer’s health & safety statements. These are seriously enforced as part of the running of our company. We are proud to say that to date, we have never had a health & safety issue on our premises or on any of our customer’s premises.
