Your duties and responsibilities: 

• Preparing the restaurant/bar and other areas for work 

• Receiving and serving guests 

• Taking orders, blocking, issuing, and collecting payments for bills 

• Accounting for daily consumption and handing over money to the cashier 

• Ensuring cleanliness and aesthetic arrangement of tables 

• Handling simple customer complaints 

• Applying safety and protective measures in the workplace 

• Carrying out activities in accordance with legal regulations, internal rules, procedures, and goals

 

Požiadavky na pracovné miesto

Qualifications and competencies: 

• Secondary school education in the hospitality field 

• Politeness and hospitality 

• Teamwork orientation 

• Knowledge of at least two foreign languages (preferably English, German, Italian)

• Experience in similar roles in the hospitality industry
