For Sofico located in Zwijnaarde, Ghent, we are looking for a motivated trainer / content writer to join our multi-disciplinary team. You will work together with the training manager and learning / career coaches. Your main responsibilities will be · to transfer knowledge to colleagues and customers through training courses, workshops, and brown bag sessions · to assist and coach colleagues and customers in providing training sessions of their own · to work closely with subject matter experts and translate their complex and technical topics into easy to understand, user-friendly e-learning content · to create and update training collaterals · to deliver world-wide on-site training to our customers.

Profile:

Your interests and skills

· Preferably, you have a master’s degree in languages and/or a degree in education.

· You have an excellent written and oral English and Dutch skillset. Good knowledge of German is a plus.

· Your spelling and grammar are impeccable.

· You have experience with:

o teaching mixed audiences (both end users and development-oriented trainees) with different levels of expertise

o content creation: how-to guides, FAQs, training collaterals, manuals, e-learning animations, and training videos

o blended learning

· Familiarity with SQL is a plus.

· You have a strong interest in technological innovations and have a basic knowledge of business processes.

· You are eager to learn (semi-independently) as well as teach.

· You value teamwork and enjoy working within a multi-disciplinary team.

· You have a vibrant social attitude.

· You enjoy dividing your time between providing product training and e-learning content creation.
