Key responsibilities of homemasters:
• Performs preventive maintenance in all parts of the hotel; maintains all types of plumbing and electrical installations, machinery and equipment in the hotel and removes faults; delivers heat and hot water to the hotel system;
• determines the causes of equipment defects, reports on any potential hazards, and keeps a log of executed works and materials used;
• Effectively cooperates with other departments of the hotel.
We expect the candidates to:
• A minimum of 12 months of experience in the same or similar professions
• Excellent communication skills, organization and orientation to detail
• desirable capability (license) for working with high pressure boilers and qualification for a firefighter.
