Your role:

You will join as Technical Analyst, which means you will provide technical support to customers remotely. Your responsibilities will include working in a team to provide great customer support by responding to customer queries by phone and by email. You will troubleshoot through the use of open questions and maintain accurate data input. You will work effectively as part of a multinational team!
