Opis pracovnej ponuky

As a supervisor scaffolding, you are the link between the project leader and the foreman. You are involved in the organization and preparation of the scaffolding work on site. You ensure that your team can perform optimally and that the necessary materials are used as efficiently as possible. You manage your team in a coaching and guiding way, work together with your colleagues and other stakeholders and support the project leader with various tasks.

Požiadavky na pracovné miesto

• Education in (mechanical) technology or engineering;

• Relevant experience in coaching and leading a team in an industrial environment;

• VCA VOL and other relevant courses;

• Command of the English language;

• Perseverance, drive, communication skills and flexibility;

• A driver's license B.
