Opis pracovnej ponuky
- You will be responsible for the technical and timely execution of the construction phases/trades assigned to you in the area of building security
- You will be responsible for organising and monitoring the work of internal and external installation personnel with regard to work performance, work quality, adherence to working hours and deadlines. You will also ensure the economic availability of personnel and materials and be responsible for acceptance, instruction and training at the customer's premises
- You are responsible for the permanent target/actual comparison of order performance with regard to costs and revenues. You act as an interface to planners, project managers and specialist departments
- You monitor all safety regulations (UW, DIN, VDE, VDS, etc.) and other regulations and standards relevant to execution. You will also be responsible for switching on systems and implementing the services ordered in the specifications. You will support the preparation of installation planning, supplements and measurements as well as documentation
- Your job profile will be rounded off by supporting official acceptance procedures and the preparation of billable order documents as well as assisting with project controlling and supplement management
Požiadavky na pracovné miesto
- Education: You have completed specialised vocational training with experience and/or a qualification as a technician, master craftsman or comparable additional qualification or experience.
- Personality: You are characterised by an assertive, resilient and team-oriented character and are flexible.
- Working style: You are characterised by solution-oriented action, organisational skills, customer orientation, resilience and pragmatism.
- Experience and know-how: You have several years of professional experience and good knowledge of the installation and commissioning of building technology systems (e.g. KGR 440, 450, 480 HOAI) as well as knowledge of building law (e.g. VOB, HOAI).
- Qualification: You can demonstrate safety-related knowledge as well as advanced knowledge of VDE, VdS, VOB/B and general contract law. You also have PC and network experience and a class B driving licence.
- IT skills: Knowledge of MS 365, MS-Project as well as AutoCAD, BIM 3D -basic knowledge, is an advantage.
