Sharepoint Developer - Portfolio Manager CRE (f/m)

Tomorrow - Your responsibilities:

 EMEIA-wide ownership of Fujitsus Real Estate Management Platform based on MS Sharepoint (design, amendment, maintenance, data integrity)

 Transfer of existing MS Access database to a SQL Database

 Design processes to upload Finance data from various financial systems across EMEIA into the Management Platform on a monthly basis

 Design of end-user interfaces/ front-end-development in Sharepoint

 Link real estate data base to other corporate data bases (Legal, HR, Environmental reporting software), regular uploads from these systems into MA Sharepoint

 End-user-training and support for our EMEIA colleagues



today - Your profile

 Education to university degree with a more than 4-year period (Master) or professional education in combination with an additional training similar to university education

 MS Sharepoint expert; minimum of one year  relevant business experience required

 Strong Excel and VBA skills as well as MS Access & SQL knowledge

 Ideally familiar with Nintex workflow design and experienced in real estate portfolio management

 High analytic skills

 Fluent English skills as this is an EMEIA wide role
