Senior Specialist, Quality Management System

If so, then we have an interesting and challenging job for you in Danfoss Cooling, where we are looking for a QMS specialist with a high level of coordination and follow-up skills. You will play a key role in securing that the experience from the local organisation will contribute to developing the QMS for the future, in order to meet customer requirements continuously. You will become an integral part of our Operations Quality Department. The position is located in Nordborg, but a driving licence is necessary in order for you to work approx. 10% of your time at our Kolding site. Quality Assurance: Your key responsibility will be to facilitate that the 5 Danfoss Cooling sites in Nordborg and Kolding are executing QMS processes effectively and in accordance with the process and customer requirements. In detail, you will: •Facilitate the organisations enabling them to fulfil the requirements set in the QMS to ensure compliance to TS16949 and Danfoss requirements. •Follow up that sites are informed about customer specific requirements related to the QMS and new updates within the standard. •Drive and facilitate development, maintenance and implementation of QMS and related processes in the ACR organization and assist in WP (Water Pumps - High Pressure Pumps), IA (Industrial Automation) and FRL (Food Retail). •Maintain a running internal TS16949 audit plan for all 5 sites, including coordination of the internal audits and acting as lead auditor. •Lead our internal auditor pool to meet the internal audit schedule •Coordinate external audits for all the sites and act as the contact person to the certification body. •Ensure that all audit findings have corrective and preventive actions that are effectively implemented by the organization in the agreed upon time frame. •Give inputs to Management Reviews according to the Danfoss Management Review Process •Contribute to the globally aligned QMS in Danfoss Cooling by participating in our Global QMS Specialist Team. You will report directly to the Director of Quality Operations, Marianne McElheron. Self-driven and independent engineer with TS16949 experience You are an IRCA accredited and international TS16949 lead auditor with an engineering background and hold, at minimum, a bachelor degree. You have also worked with quality management systems and quality tools for several years. You have experience with working in an international and matrix environment. Furthermore, you are a skilled user of Share Point and Microsoft Office. You thrive in a flexible environment where you must communicate on all levels within the organization, whilst being empathetic and keep a high morale. Working systematically and structured is natural for you, while you stay focused and maintain the overview at the same time. Last, but not least, you speak and write English and Danish fluently.
