Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

The role entails understanding, articulating and implementing best practices related to accounts receivable, including cash application, credit management and invoicing processes.   The subject matter expert will be responsible to provide guidance to team members based on  wide knowledge, techniques and expertise in the subject area. The nature of the position may  involve team leading as well as actively participating in multiple work-groups.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in proactively manage the teams to achieve operational excellence
• Assist team leader in ad hock tasks
• Motivate and inspire team members, support and make decisions and identifies opportunities for improvement
• Demonstrates ability to identify issues in the processes and escalates them when necessary
• Maintains current knowledge / process documentation base
• Conduct “root cause” analysis in solving process issues
• Provides training to team members if required
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and establish controls to avoid errors in the process
• Cash application processing
• Credit management processing

The ideal candidate should fulfill the following requirements:

• Accounting or Business Degree strongly preferred
• Experience in Accounts Receivable and Credit Management processes
• Working experience with SAP
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent English (written / oral) skills are mandatory
• Other foreign language skills will be an asset
• Self-motivated, observant, hardworking, detail-oriented, with good work ethic
• Ability to set priorities and manage time efficiently
• Able to perform under stress
• Positive, professional and  problem solving attitude
