The Role:

  • To ensure an efficient and friendly service to all guests.
  • To carry out all standards and procedures according to Restaurant standards.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
  • To work in an efficient, clean, and tidy manner at all times.
  • To follow all health and safety procedures at all times, and ensure that rules and regulations are adhered to.
  • To deal with compliments and complaints.
  • Answer any queries the guest may have on in-house facilities as well as menu items.

 

The Candidate:

  • Previous hotel experience in a 4/5-star hotel property is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a busy food and beverage operation.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
