1. Food & Beverage qualifications at least 2 year course
2. At least 3 years recent previous experience as a Restaurant Manager/Operations
Manager in a 100 seater English speaking restaurant preferably in Ireland
3. Excellent leadership, communication and motivational skills
4. Sound knowledge of all aspects of the Restaurant Management role including rostering,
purchasing, reservations
5. Must be totally knowledgeable of all purchasing and costing of foods, beverages and
wages
