* You are the first point of contact for all requests and suggestions.
* Reservations, telephone correspondence, room allocation and looking after our guests throughout their stay are part of your daily tasks.
* You have completed training as a receptionist and have already gained experience in the upscale hotel industry.
* You are characterized by a well-groomed appearance and good manners.

* You have the German language skills required for your work
* English B1 and German A2 language skills are required
