Help us deliver exceptional customer service by taking care of the customer journey from pre-booking to arrival to post-stay, all while ensuring an unforgettable stay tailored to each visitor.
Duties include monitoring emails, social media direct messages, Front Desk admin task, welcoming & greeting guests, performing check-in and check-out tasks.
Any other guest-service related duties as may be reasoably required.
Good communication skills, team-player and willingness to go the extra mile if needed.
Accomodation and half-board provided.
Level of French language must be good (both spoken and written).
