Queue-it - Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the role
As Queue-it's Finance Specialist, you will join an experienced and motivated Finance team where you will report directly to the CFO. Your role is to support the sales process by ensuring that Queue-it receives payments for services, and to record these transactions accordingly.
Responsibilities
Administer Accounts Receivables. Process invoices, prepare quotes for new customers, and complete tax forms.
Maintain great records. Monitor and report on accounts receivables, maintain customer accounts with accurate payment/contact information as well as other relevant data, and record and track payments in our ERP system (e-conomic).
Communicate and collaborate. Communicate directly with customers to request and arrange payments. Work with your team members to ensure smooth company-wide financial operations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience from a comparable role
- Experienced in ERP systems (we use e-conomic)
- Professional fluency in English (Danish not required)

- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
