Our Facility and Global EHS team is looking for a new colleague – a Project manager who will be responsible for management and drive of various maintenance and BOOST projects.



You will have the opportunity to collaborate cross functionally in a constructive and effective fast paced environment.





The job



The main near-term challenge for you will be on-time execution of facility projects by use of modern project management principles that include Danaher Business System.

Your responsibilities and tasks will include:

•Facility rebuilding/building projects

•Facility CARs

•Maintenance projects





Qualifications

We believe that the following formal qualifications will improve your chances of success:



•Education as Building Construction or Marine Engineer

•8+ years of experience in project management (preferably within Facility Services), including project plan creation, documentation.

•Solid knowledge of facility management, including the drivers for cost, solutions and service levels, in-house and outsourced delivery models

•Strong communication skills in English

•Talent for aligning stakeholders’ agendas

•Experience with a multi-cultural working environment



An extra effort will often be required. You must be able to “do what it takes” when needed and be passionate and committed about what you do, as well as:

•Service-minded, stress-resilient, and trustworthy.

•Experienced in handling project and firefighting tasks executed in parallel,

•Systematic and focused on the critical few
