Challenges

  • Be a key partner in the success of the KTN Development Strategy by providing all support and skills to the Business Support Activities i.e. producing innovative, workable, effective solutions and assuring their implementation
  • Participate to RFQ/RFI processes with regards to automation and deliver competitive offers on Customer Tenders
  • Analyse potential of automation for existing operations and future potential projects
  • Optimize existing processes and implement automated solutions

Overall Responsibilities

  • Analyses of logistical data to design and/or evaluate the correct automated solution (processes, warehouse layout, systems)
  • Answer RFI’s and RFQ – data analysis – process design – validate with operations
  • Design logistics concepts which should be based on customer requirements (including process descriptions and ABC price calculations)
  • Study the current concepts on the basis of profitability, effectiveness and efficiency
  • Fit-Gap Process Analyses related to WMS functionalities
  • Project Management for the implementation of automated solutions (new start-ups as well as automation of actual operations): coordination of projects from A to Z with a focus on people management

Your profile

  • Master degree or similar by experience
  • Experience in a logistic or production environment
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience with (logistics) automation projects f.e. pick-to-light, pallet sorters, mini-load,...
  • Perfect English, other languages are a plus
