Apart from its activities in general electricity, the company is also active in medium voltage, security, data networks, building automation, service and maintenance. We are mainly focusing on projects in industry, retail, office and apartment buildings and of course public projects.

The job For one of our departments specializing in general electricity, we are looking for a PROJECT LEADER – HEAD OF DEPARTMENT As a project leader – head of department, you are accountable for the daily management of a department consisting of several assistant-project leaders and workers. With the support of an engineering and purchasing department, you have profit & loss responsibility for your team. You play an active role in commercial negotiations as well as the coordination and control of project-related activities, comprising technical aspects, delivery, invoicing and respecting procedures on safety and quality. This includes the following: You are accountable for all the construction projects in your department, from contract signing to delivery; You manage the technical, as well as the financial aspects of the projects in your department; You organize your department, including planning and resource management; You contribute to the portfolio of your department by proactively anticipating on commercial opportunities; You manage and control several assistant project leaders and their project; You manage a number of projects in detail (preparation, planning, negotiation and contacts with customers, quotations, operational management, invoicing, …).
