- You will be the key figure in initiating and carrying out various projects designed to optimise the fleet of machinery to meet the needs of the Ardo group.
- You will consult with the Plant Manager and the Production Engineer to determine the best technological solution for their facility.
- You will also provide advice about staff training, working methods, procedures and so on.
- You will draw up the budgets and scheduling of projects.
- You will watch over the safety aspects associated with the implementation of these projects.
- You will actively monitor and track technological developments in the market, investigating them more closely where necessary and possibly also testing them.
- After analysing existing production processes, you will develop proposals for optimising them.
- You will collate and assimilate your technical knowledge and experience to ensure that they can be applied across the whole Ardo group.
