Experience

• A completed vocational training or, alternatively, a successfully completed degree, ideally with a focus on human resources, (business) law, business administration or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in an equivalent position
• Relevant HR experience, e.g. as a personnel administrator, personnel officer or HR generalist
• Strong initiative, communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Sense of quality and responsibility
• Very good knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English, gladly additional language skills: Spanish, French, Dutch, Italian
