Operations Development Project Coordinator

That’s why we’re looking for a skilled Operations Development Project Coordinator to join our Operations Development Team and help keep our processes running smoothly. Your daily tasks will entail:
- preparing project briefs, SOPs, process guidelines, and work instructions
- facilitating communication between technical and nontechnical departments
- being the point of contact between intra-company teams and external resources
- coordinating projects related to sales client onboarding
- maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules
- creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders
- testing and debugging new software releases
- preparing test plans and performing tests
- organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings
- contacting and procuring quotes from external vendors
- completing weekly progress reports
- ensuring project deadlines are met
- executing a variety of project management administrative tasks
What we expect from you:
- degree in business administration, IT, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience as an IT or technical project coordinator
- experience with G suite products
- experience using project management software and communication tools such as Jira, Slack, and ClickUp
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- proactiveness and great attention to detail
Experience with tech equipment/tech-related or coding-related projects will be considered an advantage.
