O&M Engineer, Service Concept (197088)
The Service Energy Division in Siemens Wind Power is looking for two Service Engineers with technical experience for our Service Concept. Based at our office in Brande you will be working across our turbine platforms to support the Energy Service Renewable business to maintain a market leader position within the wind industry.
What are my responsibilities?
Tools development for corrective service, being a part of the tools development from design phase to implementation in the field. Drive maintenance and continuous improvement across our turbine platforms. Participate in the creation of blueprints for tools used for replacement of components. Participate in field tests and ensure solutions are rolled out across the fleet. Integrate the development of technical documents. In this position there will be a 50/50 split between design work and practical tests in the field. 10-20% travelling abroad must be expected
What do I need to qualify for this job?
You are educated Marine Engineer or have a Bachelor in engineering and hold 2-3 years of experience from a similar job. Wind Industry experience is preferred. You take pride in documenting your work and enjoy process improvement. You are open-minded and enthusiastic about your work and possess a strong creativity You possess excellent English skills and communicate easily with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
