To strengthen our team in Stuttgart, we are looking for a committed individual to join us as Office Manager (m/f/d) – Project Assistant. In this central role, you ensure that our technical and administrative operations run smoothly and support the efficient implementation of security technology projects.

Your Responsibilities

Office Organization & Internal Operations

  • Manage office supplies and uniforms, coordinate internal training, support inventory activities, and handle workspace planning.

Project Assistance & Technician Coordination

  • Support our project managers and technicians in administrative tasks such as time tracking, onboarding, document management, and internal communication.

Fleet & Logistics Management

  • Coordinate vehicle inspections (TÜV), manage fuel cards, and assist with incident reporting for company vehicles.

Working hours

  • Monday to Friday | 40 hours/week

What We Expect:

  • Initial experience in an assistant or administrative support role – ideally in a technical or project-based environment
  • Strong MS Office skills; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and an independent, structured working style
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and customer service orientation
  • Basic technical understanding and interest in working at the interface between administration and engineering
  • Identification with Securitas’ core values: Integrity, Vigilance, Helpfulness
  • Good knowledge of German (at least B1 level)
