As our new Senior Financial Controller, you are an integrated and essential part of Group Reporting and Controlling. We are responsible for all activities related to internal and external Group reporting within NKT to be delivered in good quality on time.

The position is based in our Headoffice in Brøndby.

High-impact role that requires both collaboration skills and hands-on execution
You are cool-headed, also when tasks are piling up and stakeholders are impatient. As you will be the primary sparring partner for several reporting entities, you use your proven interpersonal skills to ensure that reporting stakeholders, both data providers data and end-users, understand the reporting process and are appropriately trained. You enjoy taking responsibility of tasks and projects, as a lead or participant at a high level.

Your responsibilities also include:

  • Monthly controlling of the Group reporting
  • Being primary responsible for external reporting including coordination with Investor relations, IFRS specialist and external audit
  • Maintaining and developing IFRS manuals and guidelines in cooperation with IRFS specialist and training internal stakeholders
  • Advancing the controlling framework
  • Assisting the organization, including Group management with ad hoc analysis and tasks

To excel in this role, you work with a large degree of freedom and self-governance with a healthy level of urgency to take your projects forward. You easily keep an overview of deadlines and possess proven stakeholder management skills. You naturally build and maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization, both inside and outside finance, to communicate and explain figures.

Your CV includes:

  • A relevant degree in Auditing or similar (e.g. HD(R) or Cand.Merc.Aud)
  • Several years of experience in Auditing and ideally  at least three years of experience from a similar position in a Danish, listed Group reporting in accordance with IFRS
  • Professional proficiency in English both written and spoken
