Your role
As an IT Support Technician, you will assist users remotely (by phone or email), ensuring quality support in a multilingual environment.
Your tasks will include:
• Providing remote support to end users (phone, email, ticketing system)
• Assisting users by delivering accurate and efficient technical responses
• Escalating incidents to the appropriate technical team when necessary
• Processing backlog tickets
• Recording detailed incident reports and resolutions after each call in the ticketing tool

Job requirements
• You are passionate about IT or have previous experience in user support, IT helpdesk, customer service, or tech maintenance
• You must be fluent in French, and speak Spanish at a C1/C2 level and English at a B2 level
• You enjoy sharing knowledge and collaborating with team members
• You are a good listener, adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Your technical and interpersonal skills are key assets to grow within our team
