Responsibilities:
- MANAGE A SMALL TEAM OF ANALYSTS AND CREATORS;
- RESPONSIBLE FOR PLANNING, DEVELOPING CAMPAIGNS STRATEGIES;
- MEASURE AND REPORT PERFORMANCE OF ALL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS, AND ASSESS AGAINST GOALS (ROI AND KPIS) AND RETENTION AND USER ENGAGEMENT RELATED TO THE MARKETING EFFORTS;
- WORK CLOSELY TOGETHER WITH THE BRAND MANAGERS FOR OLX, STANDVIRTUAL AND IMOVIRTUAL AND PROVIDE THEM WITH THE RIGHT INSIGHTS, TOOLS AND CREATIVES TO RUN THEIR CAMPAIGNS AND GROW THE REACH AND ENGAGEMENT OF THE BRANDS;
- MANAGE THE INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CREATION OF ALL CONTENT AND MATERIALS FOR OUR ADVERTISING AND MERCHANDISING;
- LEAD, TRAIN MOTIVATE AND MENTOR TEAMMATES TOWARDS ACHIEVING CAMPAIGN GOALS AND OPTIMAL SERVICE STANDARDS.
Requirements:
- + 6 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN DIGITAL PERFORMANCE MARKETING: SEM, SEO, ASO, CONTENT MARKETING, AFFILIATE MARKETING, (PAID) SOCIAL MARKETING (FACEBOOK, TWITTER, INSTAGRAM), EMAIL MARKETING AND SO ON;
- PROVEN WORKING EXPERIENCE IN MEDIA OR ONLINE/E-COMMERCE SECTOR;
- HAVE A DEMONSTRATED TRACK RECORD IN CONSUMER RESEARCH AND ONLINE CONTENT MARKETING;
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, ORGANIZATION, ANALYTICAL AND INTERNAL CLIENT-FACING SKILLS;
- STRONG DECISION-MAKING, PLANNING, AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS, WITH A PROVEN ABILITY TO IDENTIFY AND PRIORITIZE CRITICAL ISSUES;
- EXCEPTIONAL QUANTITATIVE AND ANALYTICAL THINKING;
- ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE WITH MS OFFICE (EXCEL, POWERPOINT, WORD), MARKETING TOOLS (GOOGLE ANALYTICS, MIXPANEL, ADJUST, AND/OR OTHERS) AND MARKETING NETWORKS (SOCIAL, ADWORDS, REMARKETING, AD NETWORKS AND OTHERS);
- UNIVERSITY DEGREE IN MARKETING, MANAGEMENT, BUSINESS MANAGEMENT OR SIMILAR;
- USED TO MULTICULTURAL ENVIRONMENTS
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH.
