Stegra, formerly known as H2 Green Steel, is on a mission is on a mission to disrupt the global steel industry by producing green steel, with the end goal of bringing down CO2 emissions to zero. By using green hydrogen and fossil-free electricity instead of coal; water and heat will be our primary emissions. By 2030, our ambition is to produce 5 million tonnes of green steel annually in our fully integrated, digitalized, and sustainable plant in Boden, located in northern Sweden - currently in construction phase. Maintenance Development Manager
Maintenance development team is a part of Stegra Boden Mill Services. Mill Services is centralized services for the whole mill area and departments. Maintenance Development manager will report to Head of Mill Services
As a Maintenance Development Manager you will be the manager in charge of Stegra Boden maintenance process. We as a team will be the one to create and establish the world class maintenance for us. Digitalization and new ways of working has a big role in what we do.
In the Maintenance Development team we have different Mill wide services:
Maintenance development
Master data and documentation
Compliance team PED, CE
External services
Site condition monitoring
Responsibilities:
Ensuring safe place to work for us all.
Owner of maintenance process and to develop our maintenance strategy and choosing and implementing maintenance system(s).
Create our approach to predictive and digitalized maintenance.
Create a team to take care of our master data management.
Create a process for external services and contract management.
Participate in building the maintenance organization for the entire plant.
Qualifications:
BSc or MSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent University degree with good understanding of basic financial principles.
Extensive experience in a similar role within heavy industry.
Proven leadership skills in large manufacturing organizations (250+ people).
Safety culture role model.
Expert in working with different stakeholders.
Familiar with state-of-the-art maintenance and asset management systems.
Capacity to move from strategic level to problem solving leader in the matter of seconds.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Experience working with PED and CE directives.
EFNMS certification is seen as a merit.
