POSITION DESCRIPTION

Under the supervision of a head of departure, you will be part of the kitchen team responsible for the culinary delights of our Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Events.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Mise en place
  • Ensure quality standards at the highest level
  • Always keep your batch in order. Materials and utensils always clean and tidy.
  • Organize and supply the stations with all the necessary products.
Požiadavky na pracovné miesto
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in similar position of international cuisine.
  • Essential own vehicle to access the facilities of the Resort.
  • Proficiency in Spanish. Valuable knowledge of English/Catalan
